Navana Nature Escape ★★★★★

Breakfast is very good, not so much variety but include delicious prawn. Hotel staff fill up food regularly so nobody has to wait for empty food for a long time. Fresh orange juice is very good too.

Beach is plenty of rocks and not so much activity on the beach. There is steam room as well but, during my stay, it is out of service. Not so much activities to do in the hotel other than staying and relax.

Private beach without the crowd. Clean facilities and well maintained rooms. Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and Pataya Beach are within 15 minutes drive away.

The vegetarian/vegan menu was extremely limited. Virtually every dish had meat or fish in it. It would be wonderful to have an expanded plant-based menu.

High standards for service and cleanliness, everywhere was comfortable. Spa massages amazing.

The area around the hotel isn’t very appealing but I enjoyed the comforts of staying at the property.

First off, the staff is absolutely fantastic. I have never been treated so well in my life, they really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is magical. The amenities, the rooms and the food is pretty tasty too.

The sea water in front of the hotel is contaminated (completely black).

Guest room is nicely decorated, roomy with bathtub, showroom room and comfortable bed, tv with chrome cast, free mini bar. Nice and serene atmosphere. Super excellent buffet line for breakfast.

There is nothing i dont like for this hotel. The only unfortunate thing is that the sea around the hotel area is not swim-able.

The cleanliness of the room and the friendly welcoming staff. Moreover, the design of the hotel was so modern.

The beach was polluted with sewage water (the hotel should mention it while booking the room as i had a choice of a cheaper hotel with the same rating “5 stars” but with clean beach) and the smell of the hotel corridor was bad. No hot water in the bathroom and the breakfast wast mainly east Asian food no varieties

The room was with an attached private pool but it barely qualified as an jacuzzi compared many other properties that are promotes as an private pool in Thailand.

Nice hotel and room is very clean. Location was great if you want to be away from the crewed and very near to the mall about 5min drive. Room is very clean.

The view is good. The room is excellentand the hotel is kid friendly . Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The best part of all is breakfast buffet.

I stayed in a Garden view room and my parents stayed in a Ocean view room. 1) Great breakfast: It can satisfy people enjoying either light or heavy breakfast. They have various fresh fruits (including mango), various bread and cakes, teas, coffee, various juice, yogurt, meats (pork, chicken, I don't remember if they has beef), and sea foods (a lot of shrimp). You have to pay alcohol and ice cream. 2) clean room (you might find some bugs if you are unlucky. but rooms are clean and not smelly in the very humid whether. 3) the main pool is located adjacent to restaurant (looks like serving as restaurant-sized pool bar after 11am) and pretty. I swam, ate, swam, and ate again. 4) they have multiple free shuttle service from resort to Terminal 21 (shopping center not terminal). 5) walking distance to The sanctuary of truth. (Do NOT take taxi. I payed 200THB to get there and I noticed that it is actually WALKING distance from the Navana to The sanctuary. ) 6) not noisy: Navana is located in North Pattaya and many tourists seems to stay near the walking distance, Pattaya beach, or somewhere close to marina (?). I do not like crazy noisy places so I purposely chose the Navana Nature Escape Resort, expecting peace and quite place. It was great choice. I do not recommend if you want fun and crazy day and night. I recommend for the people who wish to have a break, escape to the nature from busy life. 7) good for a business trip : they have nice work places with computers and very nice study room. I had an 1 hr long international Skype meeting with no problem in very comfortable atmosphere. No need to worry about internet connection nor eletrical outlet. 8) Before I get there, I asked shuttle schedule, menu with price, massage price and so on. They emailed everything with details! It was greatly helpful. People at the lobby are really nice and helpful (but not those at the front, helping cars and taxi. They are nice BUT may not trustable with my taxi experience)

I do not recommend to use call-taxi service at the hotel. It is extremely expensive. I found 'pattaya taxi service' on google and contacted via Facebook messenger, and it seems to be the cheapest. Example 1) From Suvarnabhumi airport to Navana, I payed 1100THB to Pattaya Taxi Service, but a call-taxi service that Navana hotel negotiated for me asked 2600THB, and other taxi services online asked 2200 or 2000 THB. Example 2) Navana negotiated a taxi from the hotel to the Sanctuary of Truth with 200 THB, even though I asked first if I must get a taxi to go to the Sanctuary of Truth. According to my search, it seemed to be pretty walkable yet I still asked to the people at the hotel. They said that I need a taxi so I said yes. The price was 200THB. It was not only walkable distance, and it should cost around 20THB or something. I regretted that I gave a tip to get me a taxi. Example 3) I asked how much the taxi price would be from NAVANA to the Walking street at the hotel. Hotel said 800THB and 'Pattary taxi service' said 400THB. Of course, I called 'Pattaya taxi service. BTW, if you can get a taxi going with meter, it will be much cheaper and I highly recommended meter taxi.

The room and the hotel staff is totally excellent and friendly. The breakfast is totally fabulous and delicious. Overall, we totally like the place and will definitely make another visit when we have a chance.

Nothing to say about things that we don't like since everything in this hotel absolute fulfills our requirement for our vocation this time. Therefore, there isn't anything we like to complain about, we only have compliments for the hotel.

The color pantone of buildings.

The small detail of the hotel was missing. Like all cleaning equipment was laying around on pathway. The beach bean bags werent so clean n well taken clear of. Interior was contrast with each other.
